EXPERIENCE

Helena Duarte works in the drafting, review, and advisory of business contracts and corporate acts. She has experience in the preparation and monitoring of corporate documentation, as well as in registering such acts with the appropriate authorities.

EDUCATION

Law Degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco, partially completed at the University of Valladolid (Valladolid, Spain).
Postgraduate Degree in Civil and Civil Procedure Law from ATF Cursos Jurídicos.
Currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree (LL.M.) in Corporate Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas – FGV.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Before fully dedicating herself to the Corporate Law field, Helena worked on legal advisory matters related to Civil and Contract Law. She held the position of Service Coordination Manager at the Commercial Registry of the State of Pernambuco – JUCEPE and participated in the Startup Incubation Program at Porto Digital as an entrepreneur.

Second place in the National International Mediation Tournament by the Academy of Dispute Resolution – INADR.
Participant in the 13th UFRGS Model United Nations, representing the Catholic University of Pernambuco.
