This allows us to provide comprehensive legal counsel in labor matters, both in individual and collective aspects, through advisory and litigation services in both administrative and judicial spheres.
Our focus is to ensure maximum legal security in the prevention of labor liabilities, including representing our clients’ interests in court proceedings before Regional and Superior Labor Courts. We also actively participate in collective labor negotiations, drafting of collective labor agreements and conventions, and hearings before the Ministry of Labor and the Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office.
