EXPERIENCE

Ana Júlia practices in the field of Corporate Law, with a focus on corporate reorganizations and transactions involving acquisitions, mergers, incorporations, and spin-offs of companies. She has experience in legal advisory services related to corporate governance, risk structuring, corporate and asset planning, as well as the drafting and management of commercial contracts. She also works before the Brazilian Boards of Trade, with experience in the incorporation, regularization, and handling of corporate registration procedures.

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Catholic University of Pernambuco.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

She participated in the 14th and 15th Brazilian Business Arbitration and Mediation Competition (CAMARB) as a member of the Da Fonte Advogados team, serving as a researcher and drafter. During law school, she was a member of the Corporate Law and Capital Markets League at the Catholic University of Pernambuco (UNICAP Bull Market).
