EXPERIENCE
Elisa Arraes is the Coordinator of the Administrative Law practice, advising clients in both advisory and dispute resolution matters involving public procurement, government contracts, regulatory law, administrative misconduct, the third sector, and oversight bodies. She advises companies and private entities on developing legal strategies and handling significant matters arising from their interactions with Public Administration.
In her advisory practice, she assists clients in structuring legal strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preventing and mitigating risks related to participation in public tenders, the execution and management of government contracts, claims for the restoration of the economic and financial balance of public contracts, and projects subject to sector-specific regulation.
In administrative and judicial disputes, she represents clients in matters involving public procurement procedures, government contracts, administrative sanctioning proceedings, and disputes with significant economic and institutional impact. She also represents companies and private entities before Courts of Accounts and other oversight authorities in matters concerning their relationships with the public sector.
EDUCATION
Law Degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (Unicap).
Postgraduate Degree in Administrative Law from the Brazilian Institute for Teaching, Development and Research – IDP.
Postgraduate Degree in Civil Appeals and Judicial Precedents from the Instituto Luiz Mário Moutinho – ILMM.
