Isabelle practices in the area of Administrative Law, with experience in both advisory and litigation matters involving public procurement, government contracts, administrative misconduct, and matters related to the healthcare sector.

In her advisory practice, she assists in developing legal strategies to protect the interests of private entities in their various interactions with government authorities, with a focus on identifying and mitigating legal risks arising from their activities.

In litigation, Isabelle represents clients in administrative and judicial proceedings before regulatory and oversight authorities, including Courts of Accounts and Public Prosecutors’ Offices, as well as in lawsuits arising from public procurement proceedings, government contracts, and administrative misconduct.

Academic background\

Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco (Unicap) and postgraduate degree at the LL.M. level in Medical and Health Law from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco (Unicap).

Other activities

Participated in the Institutional Scientific Initiation Scholarship Program (PIBIC), conducting research entitled “Health Law and COVID-19: Analysis of Administrative Police Powers and Public Administration Oversight.”

Completed a Humanistic Mediation Course at Centro Mediah, taught by Professor Dr. Karina Vasconcelos, in 2022.
