EXPERIENCE

Isadora provides legal counsel on matters related to Intellectual Property, Technology, and Personal Data Protection, assisting in the protection of intangible assets and corporate compliance, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Catholic University of Pernambuco – UNICAP (2020). Completed the course “Law for the Cultural Sector” at the Museum of Modern Art of São Paulo – MAM (2025). Since April 2025, she has been pursuing a postgraduate specialization in “Cultural Industries in Digital Convergence” at the National University of Tres de Febrero – UNTREF, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Before dedicating herself exclusively to the fields of Intellectual Property, Technology, and Data Protection, Isadora worked for three years in civil law and strategic civil litigation at law firms, gaining experience in preventive conflict analysis, handling strategic lawsuits, and resolving disputes involving contracts in general.
