EXPERIENCE

Letícia Godoy practices in the area of Corporate Law, with a focus on corporate reorganizations, M&A transactions, and corporate governance, providing legal counsel to companies in strategic structuring contexts and corporate transactions. Her advisory work is directed at the legal analysis of transactions, risk assessment and structuring, and supporting decision-making in different business environments.

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (UNICAP).

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Member of the Business Law League at the University of Pernambuco (LDE – UPE), dedicated to theoretical and practical studies in Business Law. She was also a member of the Marcos Marciel Arbitration Group (GMMA) at the Catholic University of Pernambuco (UNICAP), engaging in advanced arbitration studies and academic competitions. She was part of the UNICAP team in the 11th Agribusiness Arbitration Competition (CAMAGRO), serving as a researcher and drafter.
