EXPERIENCE

Livany Correia is an attorney specializing in Civil Law with a focus on litigation. She has extensive experience in debt recovery, and her practice involves the intelligent management of lawsuits, the drafting of legal pleadings, and the use of diverse asset investigation techniques. Furthermore, she applies a strategic vision aimed at the efficient resolution and closure of legal proceedings.

EDUCATION

She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the Universidade Católica de Pernambuco (UNICAP) and holds a postgraduate degree in Family and Succession Law from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE). She is currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Civil Procedural Law at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC/RS).

Prior to joining the Civil department at DFA, Livany practiced in Family and Succession Law, focusing on the prevention and resolution of family and inheritance conflicts. She also has experience in Banking Law, dealing with both mass litigation and strategic cases.
