EXPERIENCE
Maria Eduarda Mota practices in the field of Corporate Law, advising companies across a wide range of industries on corporate and commercial matters. Her practice focuses on the drafting, review, and management of commercial contracts, as well as the preparation of legal opinions and guidance aimed at mitigating risks and ensuring the legal certainty of business operations.
She has experience providing legal support in matters related to the management of shopping centers, advising on legal issues involving commercial developments and the business relationships established within this sector.
Before focusing exclusively on Corporate Law, she practiced Civil Law for two years, gaining experience in civil liability, obligations, and enforcement proceedings, in both advisory and dispute resolution matters.
