EXPERIENCE
Maria Teresa is a lawyer practicing in Administrative and Environmental Law. Her work encompasses matters related to public procurement and government contracts, regulatory law, and the third sector.
In advisory work, she contributes to the development of legal strategies, risk mitigation, and compliance analysis. In dispute resolution, she represents clients in matters involving procurement procedures, claims for economic and financial rebalancing, administrative sanctioning proceedings, and cases before Courts of Accounts and other oversight bodies.
EDUCATION
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (Unicap) and currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Public Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas).
