EXPERIENCE
Marília Couceiro works in both advisory and litigation matters in Medical and Health Law, with notable experience in strategy development, as well as in the prevention and assessment of risks in judicial and administrative disputes. Her work includes drafting legal documents and opinions, as well as active participation in hearings and trials.
Focused on defending civil liability claims in court, she provides specialized legal counsel to health insurance providers, hospitals, clinics, and other companies in the healthcare sector. Marília also represents healthcare professionals before regulatory boards, ensuring legal security in the handling of ethical proceedings.
EDUCATION
Law Degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (UNICAP).
Postgraduate Degree in Medical and Supplementary Health Law from Instituto Luiz Mário Moutinho.
