EXPERIENCE
Marina Araújo is dedicated exclusively to advisory law, with a focus on real estate. She has experience in analyzing and reviewing contracts, as well as in matters related to lease relationships. She is also engaged in drafting and negotiating contracts involving shopping centers, tenants, and service providers, in addition to mediation and conciliation of out-of-court disputes, an area in which she previously gained experience. Her practice is marked by close client relationships, the preparation of legal opinions, the development of effective strategies, and preventive legal action.
EDUCATION
Law degree from Faculdade Integrada do Recife. She holds a postgraduate degree in Public Law from the Higher School of Magistracy of Pernambuco (ESMAPE), an LL.M. in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and a postgraduate degree in Contract Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco. She also completed a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law at Faculdade CERS and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Condominium Law at Legale Educacional.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Before dedicating herself exclusively to Real Estate Law at the firm, she worked as an attorney providing advisory and litigation services in Civil, Consumer, and Condominium Law. She has experience in drafting legal briefs, defining legal strategies aimed at the effective resolution of disputes, participating in hearings, trials, and general assemblies, as well as preventive counseling and risk assessment in judicial litigation.
In the advisory field, she stands out for preparing legal opinions and conducting technical analysis on matters related to Civil and Condominium Law, with an emphasis on civil liability, consumer relations, and issues involving condominiums in buildings.
