Marina practices in tax advisory and tax litigation matters, representing clients in both judicial and administrative proceedings, with a focus on federal taxes. She has experience handling strategic tax disputes and providing tax advisory services, particularly in matters involving business structuring, tax incentives, and the recovery of unduly paid taxes.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (UNICAP). Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Tax Law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET)

OTHER ACTIVITIES

During law school, Marina served as a research fellow in the field of Tax Law through the Institutional Scientific Initiation Scholarship Program (PIBIC) at the Catholic University of Pernambuco.
