EXPERIENCE
Lawyer registered with the Brazilian Bar Association – Pernambuco Chapter (OAB/PE), with experience in both Private and Public Law. Areas of focus include Civil Law, Consumer Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Disability Law. He works in both litigation and strategic advisory, providing legal support in judicial and arbitral disputes. He has been a professor of Procedural Law since 2007.
EDUCATION
PhD in Law from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (Unicap), with a research period at the University of Valencia.
Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Law from the same institution.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Professor of Civil Procedural Law, Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Civil Procedural Law, and Coordinator of the Center for Inclusion and Accessibility at Unicap.
Professor of Procedural Law at the Imaculada Conceição College of Recife (FICR).
Visiting professor in the Postgraduate Law Program at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), the Labor Magistracy School of the 6th Region (TRT/6ª Região), and the Renato Saraiva Teaching Complex (CERS).
Founding member and Director of Institutional Affairs of the Brazilian Association of Procedural Law (ABDPro).
Editorial board member of the following journals: Revista Brasileira de Direito Processual (RBDPro), Revista da Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU), Revista Brasileira de Alternative Dispute Resolution (RBADR), and Revista de Direito da Faculdade Guanambi/BA.
