EXPERIENCE

Paloma Mourato has extensive experience in civil law matters, with a primary focus on real estate law, advising clients in both advisory and dispute resolution matters. Her practice is particularly dedicated to disputes involving urban real estate, including eviction actions, commercial lease renewal proceedings, ground rent collection claims, adverse possession actions, title recovery claims, and boundary disputes before State and Federal Courts, as well as Arbitration Chambers.

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). Postgraduate Degree in Contract Law, also from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).

Bachelor of Laws from Faculdade Damas da Instrução Cristã (FADIC) and currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Applied Civil Procedure at Escola Brasileira de Direito (EBRADI).

Before joining the firm, Paloma practiced in both advisory and litigation matters, with a focus on Real Estate, Corporate, and Contract Law. She advised clients on real estate transactions, the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, property regularization procedures, and the management of matters before notary offices and public authorities.
