EXPERIENCE

Attorney registered with the Brazilian Bar Association – Pernambuco Chapter (OAB/PE), practicing in the labor law field since 2020.
Has experience in both labor advisory and litigation, handling strategic, critical, and high-volume labor lawsuits.
Also has expertise in Banking Labor Law, working on cases involving financial institutions and is knowledgeable about the particularities of this sector. Her professional background is marked by a technical and analytical approach, with an emphasis on Labor Procedural Law.

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law of Recife (FDR/UFPE).
Postgraduate student in Labor Law and Labor Procedure at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS).

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Former member of the Labor Law Commission of the OAB/PE and actively engaged in academic production in the labor law field.
Coauthor of the article “Digital Evidence via Geolocation and its Admissibility in Labor Proceedings”, published in the Revista Magister de Direito do Trabalho (Vol. 20, No. 119, Mar./Apr. 2024), available in the library of the Superior Labor Court (TST).
