EXPERIENCE

Rafaela practices in Corporate Law, with a focus on corporate reorganizations and transactions involving acquisitions, mergers, incorporations, and demergers. She has experience providing legal counsel on corporate governance, risk structuring, corporate and estate planning, as well as drafting and managing commercial contracts. She also works before the Brazilian Boards of Trade, with experience in the incorporation, regularization, and handling of corporate registration procedures.

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Catholic University of Pernambuco. Postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Catholic University of Pernambuco. Specialized in Corporate Law from Faculdade Luiz Mário Moutinho.
