EXPERIENCE
Raíssa Andrade has 13 years of legal experience, primarily in judicial and administrative tax litigation. She drafts legal briefs, appeals (judicial and administrative), memorials, and opinions; drives case progress; delivers oral arguments in judicial and administrative hearings; handles tax enforcement actions; and in advisory roles, prepares opinions and guidance on direct and indirect tax matters.

Law Degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco – Unicap.
Postgraduate Degree in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute for Tax Studies – IBET.
Postgraduate Degrees in Tax Procedure and Civil Procedure, both from the Federal University of Pernambuco – UFPE.
