EXPERIENCE

Raphaela Gonçalves provides legal advisory services in real estate transactions and handles litigation involving lease renewal and rent review actions, evictions (in various forms), termination of sale and purchase agreements, repossession, recovery of ownership, new construction notifications, and adverse possession claims. She has experience in lease relations, real estate transactions, property regularization, and real estate due diligence, particularly for energy project implementation.

EDUCATION

Postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP.
Postgraduate degree in Public Law from Faculdade Maurício de Nassau.
Law degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco – UNICAP.
Completed a continuing education course in Real Estate Law at Escola Paulista de Direito – EPD.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Before dedicating herself exclusively to the Real Estate area at DFA, Raphaela worked at the Court of Justice of Pernambuco and at law firms specializing in the same field in Recife/PE and São Paulo/SP.
