EXPERIENCE

She has 15 years of legal experience, with ten of those dedicated to administrative and judicial tax litigation, with a primary focus on ICMS (a Brazilian state value-added tax). Her practice includes drafting legal opinions and guidance on direct and indirect taxes; preparing tax defenses and administrative appeals before various State Departments of Finance across Brazil, as well as handling tax enforcement actions and judicial claims and appeals in general. She is a member of the Tax Affairs Committee (CAT) of the OAB/PE.

EDUCATION

Law degree from Centro Universitário AESO Barros Melo (AESO).
Postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET).
Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Civil Appeals and Precedents at Instituto Luiz Mário Moutinho (ILMM).
