EXPERIENCE

Roberta practices in the field of Labor and Employment Law, with experience in handling labor disputes, managing litigation, monitoring procedural deadlines, reviewing legal documents, and organizing legal workflows. She has experience providing strategic support in labor litigation, coordinating with partner law firms, and working with legal management systems such as eLaw, EXPEDIT, and Espaider, with a focus on operational efficiency and corporate legal certainty. She also has experience in administrative and financial management, bringing additional expertise in process planning and organization.
