Our team assists companies on Labor Law matters, jointly with several other legal practices in the firm, notably social security and corporate law, enabling the provision of full legal consultancy in corporate labor matters. We provide individual Labor Law consultancy, advising clients on labor liabilities, and also represents our clients in legal proceedings. On the Union Relations aspect, we actively represent our clients’ interests in collective negotiations and bargaining agreements, as well as in public hearings.
